Within 14 days
You can have a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date on your receipt, for any reason or none. It doesn’t matter whether you have downloaded or activated Spaceback Pro. This is on top of your legal rights as a consumer, not instead of them.
How to ask
- Reply to your receipt email.
- Or email vlada@queazy.app from the address you bought with. The order number from the receipt helps, but you don’t need it.
Our reseller, the merchant of record for your order, sends the money back to the way you paid. How soon it shows up depends on your bank or card.
What happens to the licence
A refund deactivates the licence. Once the refund is confirmed, we revoke the key and Spaceback Pro won’t activate it again on any Mac. The same happens when a payment is disputed with the bank and charged back, so asking us first is quicker for everyone. A partial refund, for example of tax, doesn’t affect the licence.
Spaceback Pro checks its key with our server only when you activate it. The privacy policy explains what that check sends.
After 14 days
If something is wrong with Spaceback Pro after that, email us anyway. We would rather fix it, and your legal rights for digital content that doesn’t work as described still apply.
