The short version: you pay once, through our reseller, and get a licence for Spaceback Pro on every Mac you own. It doesn’t expire. If it isn’t right for you, you can have your money back within 14 days, no questions asked.

Which terms apply

These terms cover Spaceback Pro, the direct-download Mac edition, when you buy a licence for it on this website. They are the agreement between you and us about the licence. The payment itself is between you and our reseller, described below.

  • Mac App Store, iPhone and iPad. Spaceback from the App Store, including Pro bought inside the app, is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple handles those purchases and their refunds under its own terms. These terms don’t apply to them.
  • AppSumo. A licence bought on AppSumo follows AppSumo’s terms and refund policy.
  • Your personal data is covered by the privacy policy.

Who sells it

Who makes itSpaceback is made by Vlada Misici, an individual, trading as Queazy. “We” and “us” on this page mean Vlada Misici. Email vlada@queazy.app.
Who takes your paymentOur authorised reseller, the merchant of record for your order, named on the checkout and on your receipt. It takes your payment, charges any VAT or sales tax, issues your receipt and processes refunds, under its own buyer terms, which the checkout shows before you pay. Your card statement shows its name.
Price$79.99 in US dollars, once. The checkout shows the price in your local currency, with any VAT or sales tax, before you pay.
DeliveryYour licence appears on screen as soon as your payment is confirmed, and we email it to the address you gave at checkout. You download the app itself from this website.

Your licence

  • Buying Spaceback Pro gets you a personal licence to use it on every Mac you own or use yourself, for as long as you want to. It doesn’t expire, and there is no subscription.
  • It’s for one person. A business buying for several people needs one licence per person.
  • It covers the Mac app only. Spaceback for iPhone and iPad is sold through the App Store.
  • Please don’t publish, share or resell your licence key. A key that turns up in public may be deactivated.
  • The key is checked on your Mac, with no account. When you activate it, Spaceback Pro asks our server once whether it has been refunded. The privacy policy explains exactly what that request contains.
  • Spaceback Pro and everything in it remain ours. The licence lets you use the app; it doesn’t let you copy it for other people, sell it, or pass it off as your own.

Updates and support

Spaceback Pro updates itself through its own signed updater, and you decide whether it checks automatically. Updates we publish for Spaceback Pro are included in your licence at no extra cost. We intend to keep it working on new versions of macOS, but we can’t promise that every future version will be supported.

Refunds

You can have a full refund within 14 days of buying, with no questions asked, whether or not you have downloaded or activated the app. A refund deactivates the licence. This is on top of your legal rights, not instead of them. The refunds page says how to ask.

Warranty and liability

  • Spaceback Pro is provided as it is, without any warranty beyond what the law requires.
  • It never removes anything you haven’t approved. It moves what you choose to the Trash, and macOS frees the space when you empty it. You decide what to approve and when to empty the Trash, so check the list before you do.
  • To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the licence.
  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer, including your right under EU law to digital content that works as described, and nothing here excludes a liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of Romania. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.

If something goes wrong, please email us first. Most problems are quicker to sort out that way.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version applies to purchases made after it is published here, with a new date at the top. The terms you bought under stay the ones that apply to your licence.
